Warranty
We offer a one year warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty excludes damages caused by, but is not limited to, the following: normal wear and tear, damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, misuse, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft. A member of our experienced team will inspect and determine if a manufacturer defect has occurred.We recommend bringing your jewelry in at least twice a year for a complimentary regular cleaning and inspection. Any warranty claims made must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
